‍Leonay Golf Club donates $5,000 to The Royce Simmons Foundation.

Royce Simmons attended Leonay Golf Club on Monday, 3 August 2026 when Les Knox, President of Men’s Golf Committee, presented $5,000.00 to The Royce Simmons Foundation on behalf of Members and Guests.  The money was raised through a golf day and raffle held at the Club on Saturday, 18 July 2026.

This fundraising event has been held annually for the past 5 years and has now raised a total of $25,355 for the foundation.

Les Knox thanked Royce for attending and thanked all sponsors including, Penrith Panthers, Drummond Golf Penrith, Dunheved, Richmond and Leonay Golf Clubs, Prima Art, Shane Simpson and Ben Breckenridge.

In accepting the donation Royce thanked all involved and presented Laurie Berrisford with the winning raffle prize of a framed Penrith jersey donated by Penrith Panthers and framed by Prima Art of Castle Hill.
