Men’s Club Championships 2026
Tee Times & Seeded Draws
Hello Members,
For those Members intending to play in the Men's Club Championships 2026 commencing Saturday 10th October, please be advised of the following procedure for managing your tee-times for each round.
1. TEE-LOTTO:
Just like normal tee-lotto operations, priority tee-time booking is given to those Members only that were able to have their names booked at tee-lotto. This is the main time-sheet which will be replicated over the next 4 weeks until the next tee-lotto. Names that are on this time-sheet will be able to play at those times in;
- All four Club Championship rounds,
- The October Monthly Medal,
- November Monthly Medal,
- Daily Competitions and,
- Be aware that tee-times booked at tee-lotto may be slightly adjusted for the last round of the Club Championships to accommodate the seeded draw for the Top 8 in each Grade.
2. CONFIRM PLAYING IN CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS:
- To be included in the Club Championships, a Member will pay $100** (4 rounds x $25) to the Pro Shop prior to commencing their first round.
- Only paying $25** will only allow you to play in the Daily Competitions each week but YOU WILL KEEP your place on the time-sheet for subsequent weeks, excluding any minor changes to accommodate the seeded draw for the final round.
- If you remove your name from the time-sheet online, it is only removed for the very next round.

3. LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS MADE PRIOR TO THE FIRST ROUND:
- The ONLY WAY to have a guaranteed tee-time over all 4 weeks of the Club Championships is to have had your name booked at tee-lotto.
- If a Member DID NOT have their name booked at tee-lotto and books a LAST-MINUTE tee-time (say Friday afternoon) with the intention to play in the first round of the Club Championships, the tee-time received IS ONLY for that very next round.
- To continue playing in the Club Championships, it is then the Members responsibility to book a tee-time WEEK-TO-WEEK from then on.
4. ADVISING MEMBERS WHO’VE MADE LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS:
The Pro Shop will have a record of the original tee-lotto time-sheet on the front desk and compare that to the final bookings for the day. The Pro Shop will have highlighted the Members that are booked for the day who WERE NOT on the original tee-lotto time-sheet. If that Member arrives and indicates to the Pro Shop they'd like to play in the Club Championships, the Pro Shop will advise the Member that;
- priority is given to those who were at tee-lotto.
- If the Member wants to participate in the Club Championships, the Member will need to book their tee-time online or call the Pro Shop WEEK-TO-WEEK.
- The Pro Shop can offer you a tee-time for the next 3 weeks WHICH WAS UNUSED at tee-lotto.
- Of course once next weeks’ time-sheet is updated and published, you’re free to login online and change your tee-time to any vacant spot available online. Any changes you make online are for the very next round only.
- The Pro Shop should also advise those Members similarly who directly contact the Pro Shop through the week for a tee-time.
5. ADJUSTMENTS FOR THE SEEDED DRAWS:
Of course slight adjustments will be made on the time-sheet for the last round of the Club Championships to accommodate the need for the seeded draws to be implemented. To confirm your tee-time on the time-sheet for the 4th round, please check online or with the Pro Shop after the 3rd round has been completed and the time-sheet has been updated and published.
6. SEEDED DRAWS:
Members finishing in the Top 8 (gross) of each Grade after the 3rd round MUST PLAY in the seeded draw tee-time allocated for the 4th round to be eligible for a Club Championship prize. Starting times for the seeded draws are dependent on the size of the field and will be allocated at the completion of the 3rd round. Historically, the seeded draws have usually commenced between 10am to 10:45am and take up the next 6 time-slots (about 40 minutes).
